Questions we get most.
- Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
- Most services require a deposit, listed next to each service on the menu. It comes off your service total on the day. Deposits are non-refundable.
- What happens if I need to reschedule?
- Reschedule more than 24 hours ahead and your deposit transfers once, as long as you rebook within 2 weeks. Inside 24 hours the deposit is lost.
- What if I run late?
- Arriving 10 or more minutes late may mean a shortened service or a reschedule, so the next client still starts on time.
- Where is the studio?
- A private studio in Lower Manhattan. The exact address is sent to you once your booking is confirmed.
- Is this a first wax?
- Plenty of first-timers book here. Hair should be about a quarter inch long, skip retinol and exfoliants for 48 hours, and come in clean and dry.
- Do you take men's bookings?
- Yes. There is a full men's menu covering chest, stomach, back waxing and two facials built for shaving irritation and congestion.
